Duncan Jepson is a co-founder of Praeveni Global. He was the founder of Liberty Shared where he developed a range programs to disrupt modern slavery, starting in 2010 with enhancing human trafficking and anti-money laundering approaches. Duncan submitted a number of petitions to U.S. CBP which led to import bans and worked to support criminal investigations of global supply chains.

Xinyi Duan is a director of Praeveni Global. She was the chief technology officer at Liberty Shared, designing and developing the global Victim Case Management System, media monitoring system for submissions to World Check et al, and the Freedom Collaborative platform. Xinyi designed and developed the Ugandan TIPMAP for the Uganda Office of Director of Public Prosecutions and the Human Trafficking Institute.
